Express train to serve Nanyang

The new express train T6552/1 will begin operations traversing from Nanyang to Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan province, shortening the journey to less than four hours.

According to Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, there are seven regular speed trains running between Nanyang and Zhengzhou that take five to seven hours to make the journey. The new train will be a great convenience to passengers as the first express train between the two cities.

The double-deck train is equipped with central air conditioning, and cost 53.5 yuan ($8) for a one-way ticket.
