Nanyang Railway Station to introduce new timetable in 2017

Nanyang Railway timetable will undergo some adjustments from Jan 5, 2017, according to Zhengzhou Railway Bureau.

Trains T49, T50, K261, K262, K279, K280, K1387 and K1388 will no longer stop at Pingdingshan Station, and the K1885 will add an extra stop at Lushan Station.

On the Nanjing-Xi'an railway line, nine trains will no longer stop at Xixia Station, eight trains will no longer stop at Tongbai Station, while seven trains will add stops at Zhenping and three add stops at Tanghe.

The departure times of some trains will also change. The railway bureau has advised passengers to check more information at 12306.cn, the official website for booking tickets.

In addition, 130 flights from Nanyang to other cities such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin will be added during the Chinese New Year peak travel period, which falls from mid-December 2016 to mid-February 2017.
