Xiangyan Temple, built in the Tang Dynasty (AD 618-907), is a national AAA scenic spot and one of the four most famous temples in the Central Plain. The existing buildings date back to the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. The temple is surrounded by bamboos covering more than 300 mu (200,000 square meters). Moreover, there are over 300 millennium-trees around the temple.
