World Federation of Rose Societies

The World Federation of Rose Societies (WFRS), founded in 1968 in London, is a federation of the national rose societies of 40 countries, representing rose lovers around the world.

Its goal is to expand contact among the members and increase the flow of knowledge about the rose.

The Chinese Rose Society(CRS) joined WFRS in 1987. Its Secretary General Zhao Shiwei has been elected Vice-President of WFRS in 2015.

Rose events hosted by WFRS include World Rose Conferences, WFRS Regional Convention and Heritage Rose Conference.
