Preferential measures in Neixiang county promote summer tour

Neixiang county, Nanyang, has launched a series of preferential measures to attract tourists during the summer holiday.

Owners of minibuses with less than seven seats (inclusive) can exchange receipts from Neixiang toll stations on the Shanghai-Shannxi Expressway, the Neixiang-Dengzhou Expressway, and the Neixiang-Shigang Expressway for the equivalent value in tickets. Four national 4A-level scenic spots are included, such as the Neixiang County Government, Baotianman scenic area, Baotianman Canyon Drift, and Yunlu Mountain scenic spot.

Travel agencies are awarded for attracting visitors to Neixiang. Travel agencies that bring in more than 5,000 tourists to scenic spots in the county can obtain a reward of 10,000 yuan ($1448.72). Travel agencies that organize for a special train with more than 400 people, or a tour group of more than 200 people, to visit more than two 4A-level scenic spots during a two-day stay, can be rewarded 10,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan with entrance tickets and hotel accommodation invoices.

In addition, high school graduates who hold a student ID card or a 2018 admission ticket for the college entrance examination can visit 4A-level scenic spots in Neixiang for free.

The preferential measures taken by the Neixiang government are valid between July 20 and Aug 20. The scenic spots are currently in peak tourism season due to the summer holiday. Home-based self-driving trips have greatly increased. Compared with the same period last year, tourists at every scenic area in Neixiang have increased by more than 16 percent.
