Performance enhances festive mood

The Dengzhou municipal public security bureau hosted an artistic performance to celebrate the 67th Chinese National Day on Sept 26.

The performance started with a rendition of Jin She Kuang Wu (Dancing Snakes) by a traditional Chinese instrumental ensemble made up of police officers.

Intended to promote a culture of clean government, the highlight of the performance came with the choir songs My Chinese Heart and Ode to the Motherland, when the police officers expressed their love for the country and their devotion to public welfare.

More than 400 officers attended, while others watched the show through a live video feed.
