Vaillant China, part of the Germany-based worldwide heating and hot water corporation Vaillant Group, set up its 28th subsidiary in Nanyang, and opened to the public on Nov 14.
Situated in south Henan province, Nanyang is not covered by the central heating systems covering regions located on the north side of the Qinling Mountains-Huaihe River Line.
Vaillant therefore sought to meet the heating demands of Nanyang, as well as the surrounding cities of Henan, Shaanxi and Hubei provinces.
"The condense heaters Vaillant provides are low-carbon products, which is in accordance with China’s national policy of green economic development," stated Wang Weidong, manager of Vaillant China.
"Nanyang residents can now appreciate access to a low-carbon lifestyle as well as high-quality heating services," Wang added.
Vaillant Group has a 142 year history, entered the Chinese market in the 1950s and has since played a vital role in Chinese heating systems.
