Nanyang sees PCDI increase of 8.4%

The per capita disposal income (PCDI) of Nanyang, Henan province rose to 11,678 yuan ($1,694) during the first three quarters of 2016, a year-on-year increase of 8.4 percent, according to official data recently released by the local statistics bureau.

Urban areas showed a PCDI of 19,522 yuan with rural areas showing 6,942 yuan, growth rates of 6.4 percent and 9.5 percent respectively.

Wages and other income increased 8.5 percent reaching 5,922 yuan. Operating net income increased 7.8 percent to 2,936 yuan. Property net income saw growth of 9.2 percent, hitting 829 yuan. Transfer income—including welfare payments, social security and government subsidies—increased by 9.0 percent to 1,990 yuan.
